Jennifer first began her experience with Anna Maria Island when she visited with her future husband, Larry Chatt in the early 1990’s. Shortly thereafter Larry purchased a duplex in Holmes Beach. A few years later Jennifer and Larry married and shared both their love for each other as well as for Anna Maria Island.
Together they own Island Real Estate of Anna Maria Island. Their company manages annual rentals, condominium management, manage seasonal rentals and yes, sell real estate. Jennifer has personally owned all variations of property on Anna Maria Island; duplexes, vacant land, single family homes as well as condominiums.
In addition to owning variations of property, Jennifer has personally owned property in Anna Maria City as well as Holmes Beach.
