What Is single agent broker representation?

The state of Florida assumes all sales representation regardless of buyer or seller is under a transactional basis. Transaction representation equates to the sales professional facilitating the real estate transaction between both the buyer and the seller. The sales professional is providing limited representation and transactional representation as mentioned above is the default brokerage relationship.

Single agency representation is a far superior relationship on behalf of the buyer or seller. A transactional brokerage relationship does not require Loyalty, Confidentiality, Obedience, and Full Disclosure.
