Jennifer is a South East Ohio gal that relocated to Florida. Jennifer is married to Larry Chatt and together they own Island Real Estate of Anna Maria Island. They met during college and traveled together to Colorado to begin their family. After almost a decade of residing in Boulder, Colorado, the next move was to Newport, RI where they resided for several years until relocating to Anna Maria Island, FL.
Jennifer and Larry have two boys, one graduated through the Manatee public and private school system with one boy still attending private schooling. They have had the pleasure of living on Anna Maria Island more than twenty years all while raising their family living in paradise. Jennifer began investing in Anna Maria Island real estate more than 30 years ago where they rented properties both annually and seasonally.
Jennifer has done it all while living and investing on Anna Maria Island. Together with their husband they have personally rented seasonally, annually and commercially on Anna Maria. In addition, Jennifer has led countless large and small single family and duplex renovations both in Anna Maria City and Holmes Beach. The Chatt’s have constructed multiple single family homes, a large commercial building as well as projects to extend sewer and water lines in Holmes Beach via the County of Manatee. Jennifer has owned private homes, vacant land, commercial real estate, condominiums, and duplexes on Anna Maria Island via Holmes Beach and Anna Maria City. Jennifer has personally owned all classifications of properties on Anna Maria Island.
